Shipping

Q: How are orders shipped?
A: We ship packages with UPS Ground. and USPS. We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight options. To view your options, add items to cart, and click the estimate shipping button in the shopping cart. 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer FREE SHIPPING within California on orders over $100, and FREE SHIPPING outside of California on orders over $200. All other orders are calculated by weight and zip code.

Question: When will my order ship?
A: In stock product ships within 24 hours. Custom products take additional time. Work order forms take 7-10 working days. Banners take 3-5 working days.

Question: Once my order has shipped how long will it take to arrive?
A: We ship from San Diego, CA. Orders within California arrive in 1-3 working days, outside of California 3-5 days.

Returns

Question: How do I return something?
A: We accept returns on all non custom product and unless otherwise noted (oxygen sensors are not returnable) within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.

Question: Do you pay for return shipping?
A: No, return shipping must be pre paid.

Question: Do you offer wholesale pricing on your products?
A: No, not at this time.
